How your deck is kept private
Who can open your files, where they sit, and when they are deleted. Plain facts, and no badges.
Who sees your deck
Only me. I work alone, with no team, assistant or subcontractor, so no other person opens your files. I never publish your deck or use it as a sample without your written permission, and any page that shows it says the date you agreed.
How it reaches me
Send a view-only link, the same one you send investors, and revoke it once your read arrives. This site never stores your files: the form sends text and links only, through Formspree, to my inbox. If you email a file instead, it stays in my Gmail and, while I work on it, in a Google Drive folder that only my account can open.If you send a file in a Fiverr message instead, it stays on Fiverr and, while I work on it, in a Google Drive folder that only my account can open.
Where it is stored
- Gmail and Google Drive (Google): your email, any file you send, and my working copies.
- Formspree: your form entry. Its free plan keeps entries viewable for 30 days, and I delete yours there too.
- Claude (Anthropic): the slide text and figures a check needs. See "How I use AI".
- Fiverr: if you order on Fiverr, the order messages and delivered files stay there, under Fiverr's terms.
The privacy policy lists the same services.
Accounts and devices
My Google account, which holds Gmail and Drive, and the Cloudflare account that runs this site both use two-step verification.
I open your files only on my own laptop and phone, never on a shared or work computer.
My laptop's disk is encrypted, and it locks when I step away.
How I use AI
I use Claude, made by Anthropic, with the setting that lets Anthropic use my chats to train its models switched off. I paste in only the slide text and figures a check needs, never your email address or other contact details. I check every figure myself before anything reaches you. When I delete your files, I delete those chats too. Anthropic says a deleted chat leaves its systems within 30 days (opens in a new tab).
When it is deleted
If you don't hire me: within days of sending your read, I delete your form entry, the email it came in, any copy of your files, my notes and my AI chats about them. I clear these out every Monday, so most go sooner. I keep the read itself in my sent email so I can answer your follow-up questions; ask, and I'll delete that too.
If you hire me: I keep the project files until days after your final files are delivered, so I can answer questions and fix anything wrong, then delete my copies.
Any time: ask me to delete everything and I'll do it within 2 business days (India time) and confirm in writing.
Copies in Google's and Formspree's own backups expire on their own schedules.
NDA
Want an NDA first? Say so in your request and send yours. I sign it before you share the deck and return it within 2 business days (India time). If it asks for more than confidentiality, for example exclusivity or penalties, I'll say so before signing.
This website
Every page is served over HTTPS only, enforced by an HSTS header. A Content-Security-Policy lets pages run scripts only from this site and Cloudflare's page counter, and send form data only to Formspree. No cookies, and no advertising or cross-site trackers. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, and by a first-party click counter that stores event names only.
If something goes wrong
If I find that someone else got into an account or device that held your files, I'll email yousend you a Fiverr message within 72 hours of finding out: what was exposed, and what I've done about it.
Report a problem
Email habeebamer12@gmail.com with the subject "Security".Send me a Fiverr message (opens in a new tab) that starts with "Security". I reply within 2 business days (India time). Site status: see the contact page.
