The free read

The free read creates no obligation for you. I may decline a request, for example a link that won't open.

Business use only

This service is for businesses, not consumers.

Projects and payment

Each project follows a written fixed quote, which sets the scope, the price and how you pay.

Your files

Once paid, you own the delivered files. Third-party assets inside them, such as stock images, icons and fonts, keep their own licenses.

Confidentiality, and what this is not

I use your deck only to write your read and, if you hire me, to do the work. No other person sees it, and I never publish it or use it as a sample without your written permission. My privacy policy lists the only services that touch it.

This is not an audit. I check that your deck and model agree, that the arithmetic works, and where investors will push. I don't audit your data, value your company, or give legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

Your figures stay yours

Your figures and assumptions are yours, and you decide what goes to investors.

All samples on this site are fictional.

No fundraising guarantee

Nobody honest can promise that you'll raise, and I don't. I don't introduce investors or take success fees.

Liability

My liability is limited to the fee you paid.
